DESCRIPTION:Sake Days 2022: sabato 22 e domenica 23 ottobre si svolgerà\, presso Renny Club\, in Via baracca 1/F\, a Firenze\, la seconda edizione del Sake Days\, evento enogastronomico organizzato da FirenzeSake e Scuola Italiana Sake\, in collaborazione con tutte le associazioni giapponesi presenti sul territorio.\n\nSaranno due giorni di degustazioni\, masterclass dedicato al famoso fermentato di Riso e non solo\, anche Tè\, Whisky e birre\, naturalmente tutte provenienti dal Sol Levante. È già attivo il sito internet ufficiale firenzesakeday.com per prenotarsi alle masterclass e agli eventi.\n\nTra gli ospiti di quest’anno ci saranno:\n-Giovanni Baldini\, Sake Scouting\, che ci farà scoprire il mondo del Nihonshu\n-Flavio Sacco\, che approfondirà il Koji e le fermentazioni\n-Daniele Cancellara\, che ci guiderà attraverso il mondo del Whisky Giapponese\n-Gaetano Cataldo\, con il quale scopriremo nuovi abbinamenti tra Sake e formaggi.\n\n\n\nSaranno presenti anche stand gastronomici e Masterclass di cucina giapponese\, tenute da alcuni dei migliori esperti in materia.
